help i don't know how to use my database backup??? i have create a database backup but i don't know how to use it if i need it!!!!!!

Oh dear.. You should probably use Google in the future for things like this. A database backup is a dump of your forum database. "Backup" It's in case you ever need to restore your forum.
Example: If your forum gets hacked, you would import your old database before the damage was done.
