can we have your forum url and can you tell us approximately how many plugins are installed and active

(some) Plugins MAY cause significant changes to your forumspeed but you're most likely running your copy of MyBB on a free? webhoster which are always slower than a paid hoster.

As far as I know there is none plugin which increases your forum speed, beside from those who disable certain built-in functions (or settings like Jump to new forum).

It'll almost certainly be because you're using a poor hosting service.

MyBB is not slow at all, like I told you before. There is no plugin which can speed up your forums drastically.
