Hello, how to remove the LATEST NEWS bar from the top of the site?

I can change the number of threads that can preview but I don't find how to complete remove it.

By default there's no "Latest News Bar" feature in the default copy of MyBB. Can you post a list of all activated plugins you have?

If you can change settings, their category is most probably named similar to plugin you need to deactivate/uninstall in ACP -> Configuration -> Plugins. We can't guess it out of nothing, without seeing your site or knowing all your activated plugins.
