Need help about spammers

I'm from Israel, and my English is not very good so I hope you understand me.
I have a problem with my Forums. I use Hebrew in Mybb 1.6. Israel does not support the system, but there is a translation system.
My site is a community of fans of "The Hunger Games" in Israel.
Last month (maybe even two), never stop sign to the community of people just do Spammer purpose. And no, these people are not from Israel. (I think Russia or another country).
They publish a lot of nonsense, their registration you always write well ICQ number.
No matter how I try to block the emails from which they register, they always manage to register, every day, and make-spam community. This thing has become disturbing and I would welcome your help.
I hope you understand me despite my problem in English.
