Thread formatting gone?

Hey,

On my forum, the thread formatting options have gone.

I googled it and tried things in headerinclude template and I still can't see them?

I have cleared cache ofc.

I have re-installed a jscripts folder too.

Also, other members on my site are having the same issue.

Anyone know what to do?

Sorry, I have just fixed it was a setting in cloudflare.
