MyCodes Not Showing

The testing at the bottom looks like it's working, but as you can see, the styling that I added for it in the themes CSS is not working and when I try to post in a thread using this MyCode, it shows as this:

It's not working at all.

have you checked if regular MyCodes are working and the custom MyCodes are not working ? give test user account

All other regular MyCodes are working correctly. I do not have any other custom MyCodes except the one I mentioned here.

A test user account for a normal member or an admin account?
