Can't Create New Members

Recently I got a new forum, new system. Tried to get everything to work. But, sadly. member.php doesn't work. When new people try to create an account they are introduced to: http://corelight.net16.net/member.php

Any fix for this? I tried re-installing Mybb and changing the member.php, but it didn't do a thing.

login to your Admin Control Panel > Templates > Your theme's templates > Member Templates > member_register >

and find {$captcha}

and REPLACE it to;

{$hiddencaptcha} , save the template

It should resolve the error

There is no {$captcha} in member_register, but I did already find {$hiddencaptcha}
