Alter user's postcount

I was BAFFLED when I noticed this!

When you edit a user from the ACP you cannot set his/her postcount. I really need this feature! I edit user's postcounts all the time when they spam or do bad things.

Could you please add this feature when you have a little spare time, Chris?
