SQL Error Help

This user has been denied support.

I was having problems with my forum, being that it was coming up as localhost and users could not get onto my forum.

I opened inc/config and changed my db name and hostname (it was showing my old one for some reason) and i got a 502 proxy error, the SQL server could not apply : get/index.php

Now that has gone and i have a SQL Error 2002 - Operation now in progress

what does it mean?
