why plugin empty and cannot see anything . already delete all file smtp.php nd php.php , Replace the plugin.php . why still got this problem ?? help please UndecidedUndecidedHuhHuhHuh

You can try to delete the current plugin and re-upload it, but you should first check if the downloaded version has the proper files.
Which plugin are you trying to install?
