Plugin uploader help

I want to install this plugin

But step 4 its says chmod to 777 how to so that?
Is that reccomended

You need to go to cpanel and change permission by right clicking the directory you need to change permission to 777
If you are on VPS then follow this command
chmod -R 777 FOLDERNAME
