SEO Plugin - URL updates

Hi I have just renamed a few forums but they still show the old URL when I mouse-over the name of the forum (Home Page), when I visit the forum it shows the correct URL! When templates get updated?

Sitemap also is not updated correctly some URLs have been remained and some still show the old URL?????

URLs update when they are accessed (ie. when you click on the link). The main page also has an URL cache that by default updates every X minutes, it's a setting with a default of 10 or 15 minutes or something like that. Of course then depending on what shows the links (for example: overview) those plugins might be using their own caches which adds to the total time old URLs stick around. This is usually not a problem as long as the redirect is enabled.

So you are saying that after I rename forum I should click on it and wait for the MYBB task to run?
