What is super administrator?
How can I tell who is super administrator?
I tried to change a members privilege and I got a message "you cannot ...you must be super administrator"

By default, the super administrator is the user with UID 1. You can change this in ./inc/config.php
No longer involved in the MyBB project.

For Protection of the forum No admin can edit the Founders Account via the admin panel
