I have been coming through with this error quite abit now and I don't really
Know what it means. If someone could just explain how to get rid of it I would appreciate it alot.

Reupload the files functions.php and announcements.php and dezactivate plugins!

Post you link forum,the problems is one file .lang, certain country.lang.
Also,dezactivate plugin Country from you forum.

country.lang.php likely contains a new/blank line somewhere before or after the <?php ?> tags, or some other character. That'll cause PHP to send the headers so later when functions.php tries to do it it can't.

Check that file for anything like that and maybe try re-upload the original one again.
