[JavaScript] Problem with Spinner & Uploading Avatars?

So I just noticed this problem earlier today, and for the fact being it is actually two problems.

1). Spinner_big.gif will not go away. http://gyazo.com/1027a5529bb6f168c1f3372a1beafae9

When I post a quick reply thats when it happenes, and it only goes away when I leave the post.

2). When uploading a new avatar, I notice that it will not change. It will keep your avatar that you have previously. I cannot really provide a screenshot, but i am trying to be detailed as possible.

Well I have checked it several times earlier: the sipnner stay issue, also right now made a post using quick reply and the mentioned problem never happened with me.

May be this is some problem from your end. Have you gathered feedback from your community members if they are also having the same issue or not?

test user account should be given so that someone might check the issue and provide possible solution
