[undefined=undefined] editor issues even in 1.6.12
we are having this [undefined=undefined] editor issue.
Even though it is latest version.
I have disabled all plugins and still we have the issue for firefox browser. Can anyone help?

This is now fixed. All I did was deactivate all plugins and then reactivate one by one.
They are all as they were before so not sure what it was
