Bypassing Registration Security Question

OK, it's not the problem of they know how to bypass it, it's that they don't have to do it. Here is a screenshot:

I am able to fill in the registration form and click register without having to enter anything in the security question box. Why would this be?

I'm using G33K's plugin.
