I know that there are plugins to get a list of latest threads added to your forum, top or bottom, sidebar or not, but I have been trying to get a list of the latest threads for display globally on all pages of the site - which these plugins don't do.
I'd also like to restrict which fid's this section displays new posts from.
If anyone could help me out I would be very grateful!
