Theme Loading Slow

My forum loads really fast with the theme that I am currently using, but with the theme I want to switch over to, there is a delay of about 5 seconds and then it loads up the forum. Here is info from debug:

I'm stumped right now because both should be pretty fast loading time. The theme I want to switch over to is LIB from MySkins.
