without loss of Attachments from vBulletin 4

I've been a while since I've done an import from vBulletin, but I think if i'm remembering correctly the attachments are in the filesystem the vBulletin 3.8 importer will work fine.

The vBulletin 4.2 database is mostly the same because it's based off vBulletin 3.8. It should work fine .
