Guys I am heaving a massive soft 404 errors and this is because the threads or forum or whatever had been removed how to redirect those pages to 404 instead of "specified thread doesn't exists"

A soft error page is going to be better for you than a hard 404. You would need to edit showthread.php in order to show a hard 404.
