[update]fix 3 duplicate rows show for many ACP board settings lists ??

[update] Other 'setting' pages with same problem (re Tools&Maint>Task Manager).

Just downloaded and installed a new 'forum', and the ACP>Configuration>Board Settings table shows 3 duplicate rows for each 'board setting' (screen shot attached).
Where to look for fix ?

Post Subject: Merge threads
I've the "no permissions" error when i try to merge two threads;all on acp seems to be ok but maybe something it's wrong.
Yes,i'm log in as Administrator and i can also close,move and delete thread but i can't merge it. Any ideas?

Not sure how that relates to this post concerning duplicate ACP 'settings' rows, but not a MyBB expert, so am I missing something ?
