Theme colour changer/Picker?

I was wondering how do I add a theme colour picker, Like forumKorners one.
Basically my members can have the option to view the forum in "Light" or "Dark" mode ( Light being white, Dark being Black )

Is there a Plugin for this?

http://mods.mybb.com/view/quick-theme-onchange enables you to switch themes. A plugin that enables you to switch from light to dark mode doesn't exist. You have to create two themes in order to do that.

I see, Thank you. Can I duplicate the theme I'm using currently ( which is Dark )
then create a white version of it?

You can. Export your current theme (without templates) and recolor it. Once you are done import it again.
