How to add spoiler tag

Hey. I am new to this forum so if it is duplicate thread please then sorry.

I cannot ad spoiler tag to my forum. I use the tag [spoiler][/spoiler] but still link showing. Am I doing something wrong . Anyone please help. Thank you
