Hi there,
for quite some time I have received complaints that the "password reset" option is not working, meaning that a new pswd is issued, but the user when trying to log in gets an error message saying that an invalid password is being used. So I have to step in and reset it manually.
There are older threads where this has been discussed, but could not find a solution.
Any ideas?
