Username Style Plugin, Example Image (WILL PAY)

I'm after a plugin that can let certain user groups (premium) have access to username style editor from there control panel (usercp). Here are a couple of images of what I mean.

Please note, I've tried User Appearance and it doesn't work for me. I've updated it to the version of mybb that my site runs on, added the codes it required me to and still doesn't work.

I'm willing to pay for such a plugin, thanks for reading.

The only reliable way I see this to be possible will cause a high increase on the forum queries and require at least one core edit. Is it a high number of users to use this feature? If not, some cache mechanism could be used to avoid load at a minimum.

My forum is currently in development at the moment so there are no users a part from me. I'm currently focusing on giving premium members more beneficial features for their account (hence the plugin request).

Since I only code HTML & CSS, I have no idea what would go into a plugin like this, but I can imagine it's a lot of code. This is the reason why I'm paying. If you can link me to any plugin developers that you think could code such a plugin, it'd be much appreciated.

Hmm, if I'm reading the request correctly, then you might be looking for something like this:

Although the Administrator controls the available styles, it's a start in the right direction. However the type of plugin you described (or want) opens up flaws if those premium users do not close the tags correctly, so the plugin I linked would probably be the safer route and you can always have the premium members request a style.

This doesn't work for me either, when ever I install the plugin and try to activate it in my admincp, it doesn't show any of the other plugins.
