Force Postbit for all users including Guests
I just realized that the formatting is all screwed up for people that arrive as Guests. They are seeing "Classic" Postbit aligned to the Left of the post while Registered Users are seeing "Modern" Postbit above the post which assures that the post has the maximum real estate to be displayed.
How do I force modern Postbit for Guests?
(Force on Users) doesn't do anything.
I'm using Google docs in an <iframe> and when the Postbit is on the Left as in "Classic". it pushes the <iframe> halfway out of sight and spoils the formatting experience completely.
That means for several months people have been having a hard time reading my work and nobody bothered to say anything or complain about it.

PS: I've just tried using this with no luck. It had no effect on the Guest Profile.
