Hello peeps,

i run a little forum for a fishing syndicate at www.godneymoor.co.uk/forum/ thing is lately my server load has been up to about 36-40 when it used to run at about 3-5 max. i disabled all my plugins this has made no difference whatsoever. it sort of coincided with when i upgraded my site to the latest version. Any ideas or suggestions as to what can be causing this?

Are you on shared hosting? Then the server load is caused by all users on that server and not by yourself.

ok thats what i suspected i will contact my host i was not sure whether the figure was simply the load that my install was putting on the server rather than the load of the total server.
