How can I add a menu popup (or other effect) for clickable smiles directly in shoutbox and for change Font, Bold, Italic, Font-size, Font-color?

I would like to use this shoutbox because it seems more light than Inferno shoutbox but it lack functions

Upload Plugin Files in Your Plugin Directory Using Ftp after uploading all files to related Directory open style.txt copy all the materials from it and paste it to your theme Global.css .
