If your user group has got moderation permissions you will see E and X buttons (Edit & Delete) on the right side, next to shout's date.

I mean all shouts with one command like /delete all

It can be done in the moderation panel on the Archive page. You can also select a time period for pruning old messages.

I just moved hosts and had updated my PHP to 5.4 and it got it to load but it's not working.
