[problem] login with other user's acc

hi

sometimes in my forum ( forexample once a mounth ) , if I login with my username and password, after login I found that I am login with other user's account !!!!!!

many of registered users have the same problem !!
Is this reported problem ???
How can i fix that ?

If so,while changing the username,are you sure that the new username is unique too?

Begin from updating forum to current version first. There was many bug fixes meanwhile.

I have had this problem since many months ago.
I updated Mybb version to last one , but my problem still exits
Can any body help me ?
