1.8 More options for Date and Time Formats???

Dear,

could you include more options for Date and Time Formats in ACP?

Different regions use different Date and Time Format, but many users dont know how to adjust it.

It will be very helpfull if you give them chance to choose correct formats among many others on manu.

Is there any chance to make MyBB to use Serbian word for name of the month?
