Split up custom profile fields in User CP

Hello,
I've already changed the profile template of my MyBB (1.6.15) to seperate the profile fields.
Now I would also like to seperate and regroup the custom fields in the UserCP. Is that possible and how?

Without modifying the core files, the easiest way to do it is to grab the HTML of the indivisl fields by viewing the page's source. Then you just include that HTML whenever you want in the edit profile template.
