I can't find portal plugin??

I cannot find the portal plugin on the plugins page in the Admin CP? Can someone help me find it or tell me where it is at? I am needing it to add a homepage to my website etc. Thanks.

The portal isn't a plugin, it's a default feature of MyBB. The settings are under Configuration > Portal Settings. If you need to edit the HTML to add links to your website, check the "Portal Templates" section under "Templates & Styles".
