Achievements
Alright.... I installed the achievements a while back.... But they were glitching something terrible so I figured I'd uninstall them and reinstall them.... I took the same route that I did the first time, working through it step by step, mostly to make sure the glitches weren't something on my end.... Now.... When I make a new achievement in the custom section I get this...

Did I do something wrong? Am I missing something? I mean I feel rather foolish for asking, but you guys are really good at this stuff and I am so beyond still a rookie it's almost laughable. So I could really use some help.
