Registration problem

Hi all, i come to this forum cause i have a problem in my forum,

When a new membre want to create a new account, it will show a blanc page, it's the same when i do it from the adminstration.

So can some one help me please?

can we have your forum url .. basically the files should be readable. see required files permissions

^ can you check server error logs ? it looks like gzip level is high ..

admin panel >> configuration >> settings >> Server and Optimization Options >> Use GZip Page Compression?

if above is set to yes then there is a GZip Page Compression Level setting below.
if gzip level is set high then there can be a problem. level 3 or 4 should work fine.

if above doesn't help then check server (error) log. should be available at your web host control panel.

i have do what u tell me to do, i put level 3 then level 4,
so that dosn't work.
