captcha and Recaptcha Not showing on register

Hello,

i have some problems with captcha its not showing a image in the register
What can be wrong?

Now i get only alot of bots

make sure that....

ACP >> Configuration >> General Configuration >> CAPTCHA Images for Registration & Posting is not set to "No Captcha"

and in ACP >> Templates >> Member Templates >> member_register you have the {$regimage} variable after {$referrer}
