My forum is suffering from the problem that it is not going to have as many visitors since I restored to old backup.

Members keep complaining that I should "enable tapatalk", but I don't know why this mobile application has problem with my forum.

Is it for particular site or whole Mybb?

deactivate and uninstall TapaTalk plugin and reinstall the latest version from GitHub (keep API key handy to put again at the plugin settings)

main plugin files are at ./inc/plugins folder.
