ACP Plugin list empty?

So I installed a new forum and I uploaded some plugin files to inc/plugins but for some reason the acp plugin page is empty? Like, there's something missing? I reuploaded the index.html but still nothing. What's wrong?

can you give list of all files in ./inc/plugins folder of your MyBB files server ..

OR move all those files to another sub-folder (eg. ./inc/plugins_moved) AND move back the files one by one
back to ./inc/plugins folder and simultaneously refresh the plugins page in admin panel to find the faulty file

Eventhough I remove these files from there, it's still the same thing :/
