Tabbed Menu Spacing Issue

There is a spacing issue with the plugin Tabbed Menu. It is installed correctly.. It just has spacing issues i do not know how to fix.

Its not the spacing between each tab.

its the tab and the forum section. the space between that.

And when i click a different tab, theres more spacing errors.

And theres more spaccing on each one with the index whosonline and the forum section..

Its annoying my users and me.
