Editor not showing up?

Okay, so my editor isn't showing up like it should be.

I have the jquery no conflict thing. I'm also using a tabbed sidebar. I've used it before and it's been fine. I also can't collapse the categories, either.

looks like the referred issue is resolved.
anyway, jquery-1.7.2.min.js should suffice for your requirements.

Okay, but the moment I put the (the js for the tabbed sidebar is the problem) back in, it stops showing up again.
