Advanced Side Box drag-n-drop fail
ASB is installed and activated.
I'm attempting to drag one of the standard (Latest Threads) boxes into the Left box.
I drag the box over the Left box . . .the Left box hover box lights up. . .I release the mouse button and it fails to release the dragged box.
It is as if the standard box is "stuck" to the mouse. . .it simply will not stick inside the Left (or right) box.
This is happening on my localhost development machine.
Any ideas as to where this problem is centered?

I've messed up the database somehow by editing the global.css directly and not through the ACP.
I'll have to start over.
