How to insert "Mark as best answer" in a forum?

Hello everyone !

I have seen that in this board (I don't know if is a plug in) you use a phrase near posts, that is "Mark as best answer" that does vote as best answer.
So, I would like to know where I can get this plug in (If is a plug in) or which code I have to write and where, because I would want that in the board of my website.

Thank you, how can I make active the plug in in a forum only? This is my board -> http://yugiohspirits.altervista.org/.

In that forum I would want the plug in activated, and in that only. The forum is "Forum Help".
How can I do it?

MySupport has a load of settings for where it's enabled, just check them out in the Admin CP.
