MyBB last version ,now problem with my web

I Made backup before upgrading to MyBB 1.8 .
And i upgraded succesfully, but now i am having problems with theme ,
many icons are not showing, forum icons, theme icons like Edit,Post,Reply,Quote etc.
Now also i can't delete templates on Admin Cp, still doesn't show options  to make theme show Force to Users ?
How i can fix my theme shows how it was in version 1.6.15 before upgrading on 1.8

can we have your forum url .. are you using MyBB 1.8 default theme or your forum's earlier theme ?
if it is earlier theme then have you checked updated templates & modified codes in the templates ?

Visit your Admin Control Panel, then go to Templates & Style > Templates > Find Updated Templates. This will show you a list of all the templates that have changed during the upgrade.

You can either revert these templates to their default - meaning all the changes you've made to it will be removed - or you can see a Diff Report which will show you exactly what's changed. If you have a custom theme installed, it is probably best that you look at the Diff Report and apply the changes you need.

If yes how, do i should revert to original or what ?

It is required to use this version 1.8 ?
because i'm trying to do back up and to use 1.6.15 ? it is bad ?

^ IMHO, using MyBB 1.8 is not necessary at this moment ..

however, if you need help in adjusting your forum with MyBB 1.8 then someone might be able to do it
