I get this message when i go into my admin cp and then to plugins

Nvm i am an idiot and wasnt paying attention

You have to upload that file. If you don't know where to get it (it's a part of a plugin, this one I believe: http://mods.mybb.com/view/thread-open-close-yourself), you can upload an empty PHP file with that name instead.

EDIT: didn't notice your edit.. If you solve an issue yourself, please provide a solution and mark the thread as solved.

Oh Sorry the problem had to due with a plugin in my plugin directory and had nothing to do with the coding of mybb. I didn't realize that until after I had already posted this thread and didnt think it relevant but will keep that in mind for future support post's.

and yes i found the missing file from the plugin download i had Toungue

Just a reminder to ones who ignore it, forgot or just dont know - disable plugins before upgrading.
