Not able to login to admin bar after upgrade

hello,

i have one problem
after installing
i m not being able to log in into the acp panel
getting the error

Fatal error: Call to undefined method pluginSystem::run_hooks_by_ref()
then it gives one link and then **on line 50**

what should be fix here?
