Register new users after upgrade to 1.8

Why new users are not being able to register on my site 
After register the get error msg
Plz tell me what went wrong

the sys gives a question and then says its wrong or unfilled

test this work that i say.

remove Default theme > then upload the xml theme(xml file of the was install-resurce-mybb_theme.xml) with "Default" name.
now active this,

before this work, you should be disable all plugins.
