Plugin: Edit Time Limit/Legend Permissions v1.0.2

I changed the compatibility statement to "compatibility" => "18*" and it installed and activated without an error. The problem is it's not showing in the admin control panel. I need, at least, the time limit function.

The time limit function has been added as a feature in 1.8. That's probably why it doesn't work.

I could not find it before, that's why I installed the plugin. So it's a good thing the plugin didn't work. But I see now I was looking in the wrong place.
