Header Menu Links issue

Hello Peeps..

Recently my top header links disappeared, (Help,  Contact me, Member list) those <
am i missing anything? I tried surfing the community forum for this issue but can't seem to find it :/

if its the default theme just go to templates/default/header teamplates/ header
on the right click "options" and reset for default
u can do that also in costum themes but it wont look good on the front end
