Where can i edit in the language file
"Forum contains new messages" "Forum doesnt contain new messages" "Forum is locked" "Forum is moved"

index.lang.php
$l['new_posts'] = "Forum Contains New Posts";
$l['no_new_posts'] = "Forum Contains No New Posts";
$l['forum_locked'] = "Forum is Locked";

global.lang.php
$l['new_posts'] = "Forum Contains New Posts";
$l['no_new_posts'] = "Forum Contains No New Posts";

$l['forum_locked'] = "Forum is Locked";

first 3 are in index.lang.php as given in earlier response

last one is in global.lang.php
$l['forum_redirect'] = "Redirect Forum";
